How many players can join a Valheim server?
The official dedicated Valheim server supports up to 10 players simultaneously, ideal for an adventure with friends in the Viking world. Some mods let you go beyond that limit, which is what our 8 GB plan is designed for.
How do I install Valheim Plus on my server?
Valheim Plus relies on BepInEx. You first install BepInEx, then add the mod to the plugins folder via the file manager or SFTP. Players must also install the same mod on the client side.
Does Valheim require a lot of RAM?
No, Valheim is relatively lightweight: 3 GB is enough for up to 5 players and 4 GB reaches the official maximum of 10 players, which is the plan we recommend. With BepInEx mods such as Valheim Plus, move up to 6 GB, and to 8 GB for big modpacks. Every plan shows how many players it is built for.
Is my Valheim world saved automatically?
Yes, Valheim saves your world regularly. To keep copies on the side, use the backup slots included in your plan: run them from the panel whenever you like or schedule them, especially before installing mods or a major update.
