What is a FiveM server?

A FiveM server is a modified GTA V server that lets you build your own multiplayer experience — usually roleplay (RP) — with your scripts, your rules and your community. Gamost supports ESX, QBCore, vMenu and every popular framework, with performance sized for demanding RP servers.

Why host your FiveM server with Gamost?

Gamost combines dedicated Anti-DDoS protection and high-frequency servers, essential for running the many Lua resources of an RP server without dropping frames. Our support knows FiveM and guides you through configuring artifacts and frameworks.

  • Compatible with ESX, QBCore and standalone frameworks
  • Simplified management via txAdmin and full FTP access
  • Fast startup with recommended artifacts builds
  • Optimized for high slot count RP servers

Frequently asked questions

Which framework should I choose between ESX and QBCore?

ESX has historically been the most widespread and offers a vast library of scripts, while QBCore (QBox) is more modern and modular. The choice depends on the RP resources you want to use; both are supported on Gamost.

How do I install scripts and resources on my FiveM server?

You upload your resources to the resources folder via FTP, then add them to your server.cfg with the ensure command. txAdmin then makes management and restarts easy.

Do I need to buy a FiveM license key?

Yes, a free FiveM server key is required. You generate it on the keymaster.fivem.net portal and then add it to your server.cfg; we guide you through the installation.

Which artifacts build should I use?

We recommend a recommended (stable) build for production to ensure resource compatibility. Avoid untested latest builds on a live player server.
