You enter your Workshop collection ID in the server configuration (workshop collection command). Addons are then downloaded automatically by players when they connect.

Which gamemode is the most popular on Garry's Mod?

DarkRP remains the most played mode, followed by TTT and Sandbox. All of these gamemodes are easy to install on your Gamost server.

Can I administer my server with ULX?

Yes, ULX and ULib are the most widely used administration tools. Upload them to the addons folder via the file manager or SFTP to manage permissions, bans and admin commands.

Why does my DarkRP server lag with lots of addons?

DarkRP servers heavily loaded with addons and props consume a lot of CPU and RAM. Move up to the 6 GB plan (up to 64 players) or the 8 GB plan (64 to 128 players) and limit the number of props per player to preserve performance.

How much RAM do I need for a Garry's Mod server?

Plan for 3 GB for a TTT, Sandbox, Murder or Prop Hunt server with up to 16 players, and 4 GB for DarkRP with Workshop addons and up to 32 players.
